Library Homepage: Find a Seat

RCSI Bahrain Library offers flexible learning spaces to support learning and research needs. The library ‘Find a seat service’ allows registered users to reserve study rooms through the online booking system.

The library is now fully operational, with open hours from Sunday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 12 midnight, and 10 am to 12 midnight on the weekends. All users must adhere to the University health & safety regulations.

• A confirmation email will be sent with a check-in code when a booking is approved. If a group arrives later than half hour from the time of reservation, bookings are automatically canceled by the system. 
• When you arrive at the library, staff at the IS desk will confirm the study room booking and escort the group to the booked room. The student group can scan the QR code or use the link in the confirmation email to check in. Failure to check in may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
• Study room bookings are made for group study for 2 hours a day. The student IDs of the group need to be mentioned in the online booking system. Individual study is not allowed in the study rooms.
• Food is not allowed in the study rooms.
