Library Homepage: Study Room Booking

RCSI Bahrain Library offers flexible learning spaces to support learning and research needs. The library's ‘Study Room Booking’ service allows registered users to reserve study rooms through the online booking system.

The library is now fully operational, with open hours from Sunday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 12:00 midnight, and 10:00 am to 12:00 midnight on weekends. All users must adhere to the University's health & safety regulations.

• A confirmation email will be sent with a check-in code when a booking is approved. If a group arrives more than half an hour after the scheduled reservation time, the booking will be automatically canceled by the system. 
• Upon arrival at the library, the staff at the IS desk will confirm the study room booking and escort the group to the designated room. The student group can scan the QR code or use the link in the confirmation email to check in. Failure to check in may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
• Study room bookings are made for group study for 2 hours a day. The student IDs of the group must be entered in the online booking system. Individual study is not allowed in the study rooms.
• Food is not allowed in the study rooms.
