Scan & Deliver Service: Welcome

Welcome to the Library's Scan & Deliver Services

This service enables you to obtain scans of book chapters or journal articles from the  Library's print collections.

How do I submit a request?

You can request scanned copies of chapters for teaching, research and learning purposes.

When you make a request, we will do our best to find a digital version for you. If a digital version is not available then the pages requested will be scanned and sent to your email id.

Submit your requests to Ms Ginalyn Aspuria

How many requests can I submit per day?

You can make two Scan & Deliver requests per user per working day.

How long will it take to get my request?

The Scan & Deliver service will aim to fulfill your scanning request within three working days. Please note that this turnaround time does not account for weekends and any University holidays.

Can I submit a request for an entire book or multiple chapters/articles?

You can only request  one chapter or article from a book or journal. These limits are governed by copyright legislation.
