eResource Access Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing  online resources  please ensure the following:

• That you are using the links on either the Library Eportal https://rcsibahrainelibrary.com/Rcs 
• Please click on the login button and enter your VLE username and password to access library resources. If you have any issues with the VLE username and password please send an email to helpdesk@rcsi-mub.com  and cc librarian@rcsi-mub.com

If you are still having access issues, please email librarian@rcsi-mub.com with the following information and a member of the library team will respond to you as soon as possible:

• What e-resource you are having  trouble accessing
• Your RCSI Bahrain status (i.e. are you undergraduate/postgraduate/alumni/staff/consultant from the hospital)
• Please include screenshots of issues where possible
