Mental Health Resources

In his recent public address, Taoiseach Leo Varadkar highlighted the importance of taking care of your mental health at a time when fear and anxiety are part of the normal human response to the Covid19 situation.   As well as following recommendations for handwashing, social distancing, and accessing good quality information sources, it may be helpful to use some of these recommended resources on mental health.
